Year four of The ARC
Now in its fourth year, The ARC has established itself as a key Nordic arena for professionals working with warehouse automation, robotics, and intralogistics. Building on the success of previous editions, the conference continues to grow in both scale and relevance for the industry.
Venue: Oslo Event Hub, October 15. 2026
The conference will once again be hosted at Oslo Event Hub, centrally located near the Oslo Stock Exchange and within walking distance of Oslo Central Station (Oslo S).
The venue offers several advantages for exhibitors:
- Spacious layout: Capacity for 250–270 participants
- Exhibitor-friendly logistics: High ceilings and direct access from the parking garage (3.3 m clearance), making it easy to rig larger stands
- Central exhibition area: The exhibitor zone is fully integrated into the main flow where participants naturally gather
- Multiple stages: Two parallel conference tracks, allowing for in-depth and specialized presentations
- Convenient parking: Parking garage in the same building with direct access to the venue
- Hotel agreement: We have partnered with Comfort Hotel Børsparken, located just 300 meters from the venue, to make it convenient for traveling attendees.
Dates and setup
A technical walkthrough and final checks will be conducted during setup day to ensure everything is ready for the conference.
