Lars brings over 25 years of supply chain and logistics experience to Solwr, where he leads business development and sales. His career spans the full breadth of the industry — from early roles at DHL and Accenture’s supply chain practice, through logistics and operations management across sectors, to six years focused specifically on warehouse automation with Swisslog before joining Solwr in 2024.

That combination — deep operational roots and commercial experience in automation — gives Lars a practical perspective on what it actually takes to move a brownfield warehouse project from idea to implementation.
